1. 500g rolled oats
2. 250g unsalted butter
3. 100g caster sugar
4. 75g crushed pecans
5. 200g Troy Greek honey
1. 500g rolled oats
2. 250g unsalted butter
3. 100g caster sugar
4. 75g crushed pecans
5. 200g Troy Greek honey
1. Melt butter on a low heat.
2. Add sugar stir.
3. Add honey and mix on a low heat.
4. Take off gas and add oats and pecans mix well.
5. Empty out on parchment lined tray and press down.
6. Place in a pre heated oven 180 degrees for 25-30mins until golden brown.
